IBPS then main exam pattern
The online main examination includes both the objective and descriptive test conducted online. Candidates will need to type their reactions for descriptive tests on the computer. The descriptive test will be the objective immediately after the test. The total time for both tests is one hour, and the total marks are 60. Objective tests will apply a penalty for incorrect answer. For each wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question (0.25) will be cut as a punishment, adjusting the candidate’s score.
