November home sales and year-over-year changes
| productive | November 2025 | November 2024 | change from year to year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hero MotoCorp | 5,12,645 | 4,09,292 | +25.3% |
| Honda | 2,45,333 | 1,98,265 | +23.7% |
| Bajaj Auto | 1,64,138 | 1,77,701 | -7.6% |
| TVS Motor | 1,18,326 | 99,523 | +18.9% |
| Royal Enfield | 90,405 | 72,236 | +25.2% |
This performance underlines Hero’s continued strength in the mass-market motorcycle segment, where steady demand for commuter and entry-level premium models helped drive volumes. Despite the competitive market and pricing pressures, the brand maintained the momentum during the festive period and beyond.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India retained the second position in the rankings, reporting domestic motorcycle sales of 2,45,333 units in November 2025. This is an increase of about 24 percent compared to 1,98,265 units sold in the same month last year. Honda’s growth was supported by continued demand for its 125 cc and mid-capacity models, which remain the key volume drivers.
Bajaj Auto is in third place but stands as one of the few major manufacturers to post a year-on-year decline. The company sold 1,64,138 motorcycles domestically in November 2025, compared to 1,77,701 units a year ago, a decline of about 8 percent. The decline reflects demand slowdown in some of Bajaj’s key segments during the month.

TVS Motor Company delivered a solid performance, with domestic motorcycle sales rising to 1,18,326 units in November 2024 from 99,523 units. This represents growth of approximately 19 per cent, helped by steady demand across its commuter portfolio and improved traction for new models.
Royal Enfield made it to the top five and recorded the strongest growth rate in the segment. The company sold 90,405 motorcycles in November 2025, compared to 72,236 units last year, registering a growth of over 25 percent. Demand for its 350 cc and 650 cc models remained strong in the domestic market.
Rounding out the top five, Yamaha Motor India recorded domestic sales of 30,913 units in November 2025, while Suzuki Motorcycle India, Triumph Motorcycles India, Bharat Kawasaki Motors and Piaggio Vehicles made the top ten despite significantly lower volumes.
Overall, November 2025 shows a mixed performance for the motorcycle industry. While market leaders like Hero MotoCorp, Honda, TVS and Royal Enfield recorded healthy growth, others faced pressure, highlighting varying demand trends across segments and price points.
