In conversation with Humans of Bombay, Amitabh Bachchan’s wellness trainer, Vrinda Mehta, revealed that for the superstar, it’s the mindset that sets him apart.
He shared, “If Amitabh Bachchan can find time to exercise, then normal people can do the same. The mentality is that when you know something is good for you, you just do it. It’s not about comfort, it’s not about not having time… If Mr. Bachchan can find time to exercise, then regular people can definitely find time to exercise.”
