The young glow of the skin fade with age. As the skin is soft, wrinkles and fine lines begin to appear. Although, there is a host of anti-aging products promising visible results, but do not ignore your kitchen. The natural material found at home can make your skin bright. Not only is it cost effective, but also available, even the largest branded skincare enthusiasts have a soft corner for home remedies.

On Ranveer Show Podcast, Drinist Dr. Rashmi Shetty shared simple home remedies for anti-aging. He mentioned what all can apply at home.

Home treatment:

  1. Exfoliate with natural products

Dr. Rashmi explained the importance of exfoliation, stating that as we do age, the natural business of dead skin slows down and becomes less effective. Dead skin cells stick to the surface, causing dull and unequal texture. Exfoliation helps in removing these cells. It can also be done using homemade treatments.

He recommended using a face mask made with gram flour (gram flour) and yogurt, or sugar and honey. Materials with natural lactic acid, like yogurt, also work well for gentle exemption.

But he shared a warning, which mentioned that homemade products needed to be applied daily, as they are less powerful and efficient than stored-fed skincare products. Only a visual change with persistent daily use can expect to see. If this is a lot of trouble to apply a face mask, then Dr. Rashmi recommended to use curd and gram flour or sugar and honey just before using the cleanser, and gently rub for 5 minutes.

2. Hygiene

The next step is hydration. For this, Dr. Rashmi recommended using honey, coconut oil, or milk cream (at the top of the milk layer). Apply it to the skin, leave it for 10 minutes, and then wash it with warm water.

Two important anti-aging habits

In addition, Dr. Rashmi listed two large anti-aging habits, which cannot be remembered- moisturizing and sunscreen. Before leaving, one should always apply these two.

Repeating the need to stick to the roots, Dr. Rashmi recommended implementing traditional moisturizers, which they grew up in their area, such as coconut oil, mustard oil and ghee. Otherwise, use regular moisture that suits one’s skin.

Finally, since sunscreen, it is a non-parasical, which is preserving from harmful UV ray exposure. It is already known how harmful UV rays are for your skin health.
