TMZ reported that Grammy-nominated rapper Glorilla, whose real name is Gloria Halelujah Woods, was arrested earlier this week on two hooliganism charges in Georgia.
According to the records of the forceth County Jail, Woods was taken into custody for the possession of a scheduled controlled substance and under the Georgia Act, one ounces -more than two hooliganism crimes were occupied by Marijuana. He was released later that day after posting a bond of $ 22,000.
Arrest theft involved in investigation
The Forceth County Sheriff Office told Fox 5 Atlanta that on Saturday morning responded to a stolen call at Woods’ house. The report included firing shots claims. While Woods were not present at that time, the depot said that he discovered a strong smell of drugs on arrival.
After receiving a search warrant, investigators reportedly found “significant amounts of marijuana” in the plain view inside the master bedroom cell of the residence.
Sheriff Ron Freeman said, “The homeowner is a victim of a serious crime, and we are committed to bringing the suspects into justice. Also, we should continue and implement the law in all aspects of the case.”
Repeat run-in with law
This is the second time in more than a year when Woods has been arrested in Georgia. In April 2024, he was prevented by the police to make an illegal U-turn on a red light by the police in Ginnett County.
Recent public presence
Glorilla was arrested after less than a week after performing during the HafTime show at the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
So far, Glorilla has not made any public remarks or statement about his arrest. More information about the ongoing investigation is not clear.
