The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) will be held on February 1, 2, 15 and 16 next year. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a test for a comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects including Engineering/Technology/Architecture etc.
Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology or are in the final year of a bachelor’s degree program are eligible for this exam. Also, candidates who are in the final year of a course in engineering or technology are eligible for this exam. Science Area Or have completed they are also eligible for GATE Exam 2025.

As per the official brochure of GATE 2025 exam, the exam registration will begin from August 24, 2024. The exam will be conducted on four dates i.e. February 1, 2, 15, and 16 in February next year.
GATE 2025 Exam Date, Last Date, Fee and Other Details
The last date to fill the GATE 2025 exam registration form is September 26, 2024. However, students can fill and submit the form with late fee till October 7, 2024. As per the GATE 2025 exam brochure, the result will be declared on March 19, 2025.
GATE 2025 registration fee is The examination fee for general category students will be Rs 1800. Rs 2300 after the last date. For Female, SC, ST, and PWD students, the GATE exam 2024 registration fee is 900, which will be increased to After 26 September 1400.
About GATE Exam 2025
The duration of the GATE 2025 exam will be three hours. Students will have to solve questions from two sections, i.e. General Aptitude (GA) and other subjects chosen by them during registration. There will be a total of 65 questions which will include 10 general aptitude questions and 55 subject questions.
