Companies like Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota Kirloskar and Reno India have also announced to reduce prices. The industry believes that GST reform will speed up the demand for cars and there will be a strong increase in sales in the festive season. This step of companies will not only benefit the customers, but will also give a new speed to the auto sector, which had been facing recession for some time.
