Eric says in his post, “Here is the most lazy way to lose 20 pounds without dieting. After every meal you eat, you are going to walk 10 to 15 minutes.
Smart food and hydration habits
He says, “Then you are going to cut all your liquid calories other than protein shake. So it means if you are doing energy drinks, even zero- or low-calorie, count them as calories. If you are milking, make sure that this almond milk or very low-calorie milk. And drink 20 to 40 bounted water within 2 hours of waking up.
