DRDO September 11: Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has started the registration process for Center for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM). Candidates can apply online for DRDO CEPTAM 11 by visiting the official website drdo.gov.in. The last date for submission of application is January 1, 2026 and the last date for payment of application fee is January 3, 2026. The correction window will be open from January 4 to January 6, 2026.
A total of 764 vacancies are available for Technical posts in DRDO CEPTAM Recruitment 2025. The highest number of vacancies is for Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) post with 561 vacancies. There are 203 vacancies for the post of Technician-A (Tech-A). The number of vacancies for Admin & Allied (A&A) post is not specified in the vacancy table.
DRDO Recruitment 11: Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualification: To apply for Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) posts, applicants must have completed B.Sc. Must be completed. OR Diploma in relevant engineering field. For Technician A posts, candidates must have passed Class 10 or Matriculation with ITI certificate in the relevant field. Furthermore, only Indian citizens can apply.
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 28 years as on January 1, 2026. As per rules, age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.

DRDO Recruitment 11: Selection Process
The selection process involves 5 stages – a written examination, followed by trade test or skill test. Those who clear these two rounds will proceed to the document verification round followed by medical examination. After this, DRDO will release the final merit list.
DRDO Sept 11: Salary Details
Those selected for the posts of Senior Technical Assistant-B will be given a salary between Rs 35400 to Rs 112400 (Level-6). Technician-A (Tech-A) will get a salary between Rs 19900 to Rs 63200 (Level-2).
