Gumla: There is no problem if you eat less food, but there should be no shortage of water in the body. Otherwise many serious diseases can occur. Therefore, people should drink sufficient amount of water according to their body. Water works to remove dirt from our body i.e. detoxifies. Due to lack of water, not only our body gets dehydrated, but it also removes the problem of kidney stones. So let us know what effect lack of water has on our body.
Drink this much water during summer
Dr. Anupam Kishore, MBBS and MD from RIMS and Deputy Superintendent of Gumla Sadar Hospital, told Local 18 that during summer, we become victims of dehydration because there is lack of water in the body. The reason for this is that the outside temperature is high and due to our body temperature being low, the water we drink evaporates as vapour. Besides, our body also sweats more in summer. Therefore, our body’s need for water increases in summer. Therefore, especially in the summer season, one should drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water daily.
This loss occurs due to lack of water
If there is sufficient amount of water in your body then the person feels energetic. Otherwise, due to lack of water, body becomes loose, tired, irritable, strain in muscles etc. Water will not be available properly in the body. The minerals present in our body gradually get concentrated and take the form of stones. Therefore water is very important. So that the kidneys continue to function well, water keeps coming out in the form of urine. With this, sufficient amount of water remains in our body. The systems of our body should keep working well. Hydration is very important.
You have to take special care of water in summer. If you go out somewhere, drink water and drink three to four liters of water daily. If your capacity is more then you can increase the water intake by 1 to 2 liters in summer, but definitely drink 3 to 4 litres. On normal days, due to low temperature, one should drink 2 to 3 liters of water.
