When will CTET December 2024 exam be held?
Examination Will be held on Saturday 14th December. Earlier it was scheduled to be held on December 15.
CBSE wrote in a statement, “Keeping in mind the interest of the candidates, it has been decided to conduct the CTET exam on December 14, 2024 (Saturday). If the number of candidates is more in a city, the exam can also be conducted on December 15, 2024 (Sunday).
Candidates must report at the examination center at 7:30 am for Paper-II and at 12:30 pm for Paper-I.
CTET 2024 December Exam Shift Timings
The exam will be conducted in two shifts: Paper II will be conducted from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, while Paper I will be conducted from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
ctet 2024 exam pattern
All questions in CTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four options each. Each question will carry one mark and there will be no negative marking.
Paper I is for candidates who intend to teach classes I to V, while Paper II is for candidates who intend to teach classes VI to VIII. Candidates who want to teach both the levels (Classes I to V and VI to VIII) will have to appear for both the papers.
