To accommodate the candidates prepared to take the HTET exam, the CSIR UGC NET June 2025 examination has been re -determined on July 28, 2025.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the schedule for CSIR UGC NET June Exam 2025. The exam dates were replaced due to conflict with HTET 2024 dates. The official notice stated that the NTA received several requests from the candidates that the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) is planned for 26 and 27 July 2025, which struggles with the CSIR UGC NET June 2025 exam. To accommodate these candidates, CSIR UGC NET June 2025 Exam has been re -rested on July 28, 2025.
Examination will be conducted on the same day for all subjects including Mathematics, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planet Science, Chemical Science, Life Science and Physics. Candidates can get a revised program on the official NTA website on nta.ac.in.
“The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in the receipt of various representatives from the candidates that the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2024 examination is also scheduled on the same date (s), i.e. on 26 and 27 July 2025 with the combined CSIR-OGC NET June 2025 exam.
It has been said in the notice that candidates will get information about the examination city through an Advance City Intemission Slip, 8-10 days before the examination.
The written examination will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT), which features three sections that include multiple-type questions of objective-type. It will be bilingual, which is available in both Hindi and English.
For computer-based tests (CBT), a minimum of 33 percent is required for general, EWS and OBC candidates to qualify for both fellowships and lecturerships. On the other hand, PWD, SC, and ST categories must be secured at least 25 percent of the minimum percentage to be eligible for both JRF and Assistant Professor and Lectureship posts.
The exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian citizens for the award of Junior Research Fellowship, appointment as Assistant Professor, Admission to PhD, and enter PhD. Only in Indian universities and colleges through a computer-based test (CBT).
