Material:
You will need: 60g butter (salt or unsalted, if using unsolded with a pinch of salt), ½ cup uncewed almond milk (or if low -fat milk is tolerated), 75g stevia or monk fruit sweetener (or for taste) powder, 1 big spoon of rose water or 1 to 2 spoon rose water, a few drips in a few drips, a few drunkenness for a rose Chopped pistachios, edible silver leaf (optional).
Method:
Melt butter in a pan on low heat, then shake almond milk and sweetener until it becomes smooth. Mix pistachios, milk powder, almond flour, and cardamom, cooking continuously.
