New Delhi: Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has been made the brand ambassador of Mysore Sandal Soap by the Government of Karnataka, for which she received Rs 6.20 crore for two years. According to the Money Control report, the Karnataka government nominated Tamanna as the brand ambassador of Mysore Sandal Sop on Thursday 22 May. He was given Rs 6.20 crore to become an ambassador for 2 years. Mysore sandal soap has been being built since 1916. King Krishna King Wadiyar IV of Mysore started a government soap factory in Bengaluru in early 1900. Karnataka Sops and Detergents Limited (KSDL) makes it. This soap keeps a special place in the culture of Karnataka.
