Bihar: Union Minster Chirag Paswan on Saturday claimed that his opponents allegedly “conspiracy” to “fly” with “bombs”.
Paswan’s explosive claim came a week later when a Lok Jananshadi party leader said that Chirag was threatened of death through social media. The party chief, while addressing a rally in Munger, Bihar, commented, where assembly elections are going to be held later this year.
The president of the Lok Janakati Party also reported several times in his uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras, and Lalu Prasad’s RJD, with which it has been aligned later, without mentioning in the name of any of his opponents, reported PTI.
‘Pulled her out of her house’
The 43 -year -old leader, who recently mentioned himself in a third person while addressing public meetings, said that his opponents have always tried to stop Chirag Paswan ‘.
The leader said, “Efforts have always been made to stop him by Chirag Paswan’s barriers. He divided his party and later, thrown him out of his house, causing him to be thrown to himself on the streets. But nothing can break Chirag Paswan”, the leader said.
Paswan, who under the leadership of his uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras, found himself in the Lok Janashta Party established by his late father Ram Vilas Paswan after a partition, recalled his time in political separation. He spoke of the difficult phase spent in the forest before bringing back the BJP back to Guna, which offered him an alliance before the last year’s Lok Sabha elections.
“Many people are troubled by the slogans of Chirag Paswan’s ‘Bihar First, Bihari First’, which attacks the roots of their caste politics. Such people had caused the state to drown in poverty and backwardness, while in power and now, beyond the assembly elections, they are trying to loot with false promises.”
How did Chirag Paswan’s party leaders react?
Responding to the striking claim made by Paswan, the leaders of the Lok Janakati Party (Ram Vilas) said that Chirag may have mentioned the recently filed FIR about the danger for the MP.
The news wire PTI quoted the LJP leader as saying, “This may be a reference to the FIR filed against the social media trolls recently. Chirag ji may have used it for rhetoric.”
According to the LJP leader, Paswan was referring to a police complaint lodged by the party’s chief spokesperson Rajesh Kumar Bhatt at the cyber police station in Patna, against a Instagram user who threatened to blow Paswan.
