But that emotional security trap soon turned into a digital crutches.

Simran said that he found himself beating himself more, while feeding “what if” AI, and put the energy into something that was not real. In a bold step of self-awareness, he completely removed the chat with his equipment.
“Technology is not a problem. It is quietly replacing the real reflection that makes it dangerous.”
