The Central Board of Secondary Education has re -extended the registration date for CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024. The last date for registration for the girl child scholarship scheme has been extended by 8 February 2025. Candidates can check the official information on the official website of CBSE on cbse.gov.in.
According to the official notice, for the new application and renewal of CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 10 provided in 2023, the last date for submission of online application is 8 February and the application by the school will be verified by February 15, 2025.

This is the second time the last date for registration has been extended. Earlier, the board also extended the last date to 17 January 2025.
CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024: How to apply
Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for the scholarship scheme.
1. Go to the official website of CBSE cbse.gov.in.
2. Click on the scholarship link available on the home page.
3. A new page will open where candidates will have CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024 link.
4. Click on the link and register yourself.
5. Now login to the account and fill the application form.
6. Click on submit and download the page.
7. Keep a hard copy of it with you for further requirement.
The scholarship will be given to all the single girl students who have secured 70% or more marks in the CBSE class 10 examination and are studying class 11 and 12 in the school (affiliated to CBSE), whose tuition fees are not more than this. 2500/- per month will be considered for this purpose during the academic year. Class 11 and 12 will not exceed tuition fees 3000/- per month
Scholarship rate will be 1000/- per month. The scholarship provided under the scheme will be paid for a maximum period of 2 years. Candidates can see the official website of CBSE for more related details.
