The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to declare class 10 and 12 board exam results for more than 42 lakh students at the end of this week.
Where to check CBSE class 10, 12 results?
Students can visit official websites – cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, digilocker.gov.in, umang.gov.in to check for results.
CBSE 2025 class 10, 12 results: How to check on the official website?
- CBSE official results visit the portal, results.cbse.nic.in
2. Check the link for either “CBSE 10th result 2025” or “CBSE 12th Result 2025”.
3. Enter your roll number, date of birth including the security code displayed on the screen.
4. Enter the details to get your result.
5. Download and save your results, and print it for later objectives.
How to check CBSE class 10, 12 results through SMS and Digilokar?
Students can type CBSE12 (or CBSE10 for class 10) and send it to 7738299899. Your digits will come on your mobile phone.
Check Digilocker.gov.in, select your class, and fill your roll number, school code including the 6-conductive PIN shared by your school. After OTP verification, the results will show in the “document” section
Passing percentage for CBSE class 10, 12 exams
Class 10 students will have to score at least 33% in total, while students in class 12 require separate 33% in both theory and practical components. Grace marks can be provided at the discretion of the board in borderline matters.

CBSE Class 10, 12 Exam Schedule
CBSE Class 10 and class 12 exams started on 15 February 2025. The class 10 examination ended on March 18, while the class 12 examination was concluded on 4 April.
CBSE class 12th record in previous years
Last year, students of more than 24,000 class 12 received more than 95 percent score, while more than 1.16 lakhs got more than 90 percent score. The overall pass percentage in 2024 was 87.98 percent. 87.33 percent in 2023, 92.71 percent in 2022, 99.37 percent in 2021, 88.78 percent in 2020 and 83.34 percent in 2019.
