The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) hosted the National Kaushal Expo and Guidance Program at Delhi Public School, Pali Road, Jodhpur on 6 February 2025. The purpose of this program was to promote skill education and career readiness among nationwide students.
The event was inaugurated by Rahul Singh, IAS, President of CBSE, Dr. Raju Narayan Swamy, IAS, Principal Secretary, Government of Kerala, Dr. Biswajit Saha, Director (Skill Education), CBSE, and Asha Vyas, were performed by Vice Chairperson, supporters of DPS. Pali Road.
“The world is developing, and we should also prepare our future generations for career readiness. Rahul Singh, IAS said, “CBSE is making India’s educational changes for skilling through initiatives like National Guidance Festival (NGF).

Dr. Raju Narayan Swamy appreciated the initiative of CBSE in providing skill education to the students. He emphasized the importance of identifying congenital talents and skills and directly directing learners.
The Skill Expo saw the participation of more than 1,650 students in 46 teams representing 13 states and 2 center areas. Students demonstrated new projects in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, beauty and welfare, banking, and finance, among others, informed CBSE.

The Guidance Festival included specialist-latched sessions, including Captain Poonam Derakhni, airline pilot and the Ministry of Aviation Consultant, DGCA, Civil Aviation, ‘Sky for the Sky: Career in Aviation’.
A panel discussion on ‘The Roll of Design and Technology in Skilling’ included Director of Arcana College of Design and Business, Sandeep Sethi, Director of Education at Jaipur City Palace Museum, Anamika Das, Head of Asri and Sanjeev’s insight. CEO of Thinkstartup Shivesh.
This event is Prof. Vs. Srivastava, Head, PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education (PSSCIVE) concluded with a lecture on ‘promoting skill education in schools’.
The competition concluded in identifying top projects with SSVM School of Excellence, Coimbatore, and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Vidyam, Jaipur, which was jointly achieving the first place.
The event was concluded with the Principal Swati Achiejee of DPS Jodhpur, which mentioned a press release, accepting the contribution of all participants, speakers and organizers.
