“There are toys everywhere around the property,” he said.
In a separate video, Arkawa’s hairdresser told investigators that his client had taken dogs with him everywhere and the youngest person often wandered inside the salon during his trips.
The dog was found inside a crate, not far from Arkawa’s body. A report received by the Associated Press from the Veterinary Lab of the State Department of Agriculture states that the dog was prone to dehydration and starvation.
The actor’s daughter, Elizabeth Hackman, told the officials that she wanted the dog to be cremated. The authorities kept her in contact with local animal shelter to talk about the options.
