Blue Lock Chapter 272 spoiler: Rin, Kaiser and Isagi’s view on the playground

Rin Itoshi’s past was revealed in the previous chapter of Blue Lock, where viewers learned that he is a man made of life-threatening destruction rather than destructive impulses. This shaped the number one striker’s nature when Michael Kaiser appeared and snatched the ball from Rin. The next manga chapter, chapter 272, will be titled Rock-Paper-Scissors. The new chapter will be released on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

Ness appears when Rin, Kaisar, and Isagi are at an impasse

According to the alleged spoilers of Blue Lock Chapter 272, the chapter will begin with Julian Loki narrating the phenomenon of sticking out one’s tongue, which athletes choose to relieve stress. However, Rin’s tongue is stuck out too much. The chapter will then show a ball match between Rin and Kaiser when Isagi starts stealing the ball while Kaiser wants to duel Rin alone, as reported by Sportskeeda.

As the chapter switches to Rin’s monologue again, he expresses how his desire to destroy his enemies and bring out the best in them is rooted in his impulsive nature to the point of risking his life to destroy an amazing person. He also mentions his need to kill Sae Itoshi but now he wants to do the same to Kaisar and Isagi. So he tries to trick both of them into attacking him for the ball but Kaisar is smart enough not to fall for these tricks.

This is when Alexis Ness appears, steals the ball and Kaiser completely ignores him. The ball falls towards Charles Chevalier, who regains control of the ball as Ryuusei Shido starts running expecting a pass from him.

Kaiser and Isagi’s approach

Chapter 272 of the manga also covers the field from Kaiser and Isagi’s perspective. Kaiser’s monologue analyzes the field as Rin and Isagi’s relationship as the main character whom he plans to eliminate soon and considers Chevalier as a supporting character as he headbutts Shido with his long pass. Whereas, Isagi analyzes the field as a stalemate between him, Rin, and Kaiser and the only way to make the next goal is to enter this infinite cycle for the fourth piece where each can defeat one and be defeated by the other.
