Tallinn, Estonia-Belarus on Friday unveiled a proposal to construct a second nuclear power plant capable of supplying energy in Russian-coaches areas of Ukraine.
President Alexander Luakshhenko, along with President Vladimir Putin, picked up plans during a meeting in Kremlin, which publicly appeared to support the idea.

The Astravets plant was built with a $ 10 billion loan provided by Moscow by the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation, Rosatom. Putin did not specify in Friday’s meeting whether Russia would provide financial support for another plant.
