New Delhi. Before the launch of iPhone 17, Apple is preparing to open a new retail store in Bengaluru. The X account @Bangaloreal1, which covers the real estate updates of Bengaluru, has revealed that a new Apple Store is being developed in the Phoenix Mall of Asia of Baytrianpura. Currently, the iPhone manufacturer operates two major stores in India, one of which is located in Mumbai and the other in New Delhi.
Apple has taken a retail space of 8,000 square feet in Bengaluru. According to the Mile Leasing documents through the Real Estate Analytics Company Propstack, Apple India will pay a fare of Rs 2.09 crore annually for this place, which is a monthly Rs 17.4 lakh. In addition to the base fare, Apple will share with the 2% property owner of its store for the first three years, which will increase by 2.5% in later years.

Apple is increasing its retail expansion in India, especially after a spectacular performance in the first quarter of the financial year 2025.
