1. Refreshing Mint Lemonade: First, squeeze the juice of fresh lemon into a pitcher, then add water and natural sweetener like honey or agave syrup to taste. Next, take a handful of mint leaves and crush them gently to release their oil and flavor. Add mashed mint leaves to the pitcher and stir well. You can adjust the sweetness and ‘minerality’ as per your preference. Serve over ice for a refreshing drink that will keep you hydrated on hot summer days.

2. Minty Fruit Salad: Start by cutting a variety of fresh fruits like watermelon, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple into small pieces. Take a bunch of fresh mint leaves and chop them finely. Combine the chopped mint with the fruit in a large bowl and stir gently to combine.
