However, the right way, as displayed in the video, is to guide the floss between your teeth using a soft, rubbing motion. Without stretching the floss in the gums, when the floss reaches the gum line, curve it in a C shape against a tooth, and repeat this speed for both sides.

Flossing can feel like a annoying task, yet this essential task can create all differences for your dental health. CDA (Canadian drug agency) recommends flosser to remove plaque, bacteria and food debris to help prevent cavities and gum disease.
