If your posture is not correct, it can put excessive pressure on the spine, which can cause the bones to become crooked. In such a situation, consult a yoga instructor and practice before doing the asanas. In the beginning, try to do the asanas slowly.

First of all, warm up should be done. Doing Surya Namaskar directly without any warm-up can increase the pressure on the muscles and bones, which can lead to injuries. Do light warm-up exercises before Surya Namaskar, so that blood circulation in the body increases and the muscles become flexible.
