How did Alia reduce her weight after giving birth?

This does not mean that they are relying on any unnatural methods for help. Even the simple activity of breastfeeding, as Alia accepted, contributes to weight loss. Weight loss journey does not always require a loud routine or a coward shortcut, as sometimes natural activities also help in burning calories.
