AIIMS has opened registration for INI-CET on January 2026. Candidates can apply online for admission to PG medical courses by October 21. The exam is scheduled for 9 November.

AIIMS This- CET January 2026 Registration: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has initiated the registration process for the Institute of National Employed Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) for the January 2026 session. This exam is conducted for admission to postgraduate medical courses like MD, MS, MCH and DM. Interested candidates can apply on AIIMSEXAMS.AC.IN through the official AIIMS website.
The last date for submission of application form is till 21 October, 2025, 5 pm. After that, candidates can check their registration and correct errors (eg rejected pictures or incorrect details) between October 24 and October 26, 2025. The admit card will be released on November 1, 2025, and the exam is scheduled for November 9, 2025.
AIIMS has asked all applicants to enter their basic details in one -time registration (OTR) system. Although this step is not mandatory, it is recommended that the candidates verify their basic information through Digilokar, if available.

About the exam
INI-CET is a national level entrance examination for admission to postgraduate medical courses in top institutions. Apart from all MIIM institutions across India, INI-CET scores are also accepted:
- Zipper, Puducherry
- Pagimer, Chandigarh
- Nimhans and Bangalore
- SCTIMST, Thiruvananthapuram
- Class certificate rules
Candidates applying under reserved categories have to upload valid certificates:
- OBC: Non-Creeme Layer Certificate for the year 2025-26.
- EWS: Income and asset certificate was released between 1 April and 21 October 2025.
- Other categories: Valid auxiliary certificate at the time of registration.

How to register for AIIMS INI CET 2026?
step 1: Go to the official website on AIIMSEXAMS.AC.IN
step 2: Go to “Academic Course” and click on INI-CET (MD/MS/MCH/DM) January 2026.
step 3: Complete the original registration with personal details, contact information, photo and signature.
step 4: After approval, proceed with final registration, fill educational details, and choose the examination center.
Step 5: Upload the required certificate including category and income/asset evidence (if applied).
Step 6: Pay registration fee online.
Step 7: Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.
