Siddhant posted a picture on Instagram story, which reads ‘Siddhant will be seen with Pratibha Ranta in the upcoming film. Breaking his silence on the rumour, he wrote, ‘Friends, let me make it clear that this is not true. Now no remake for me, I am a fan of the original film and actors, love and respect them a lot, thank you all.

He further said that he would like to work with the talented actress in the future. He told, ‘I would love to work with the very talented actress Pratibha Ranta on an original project.’

Dear Comrade, released in the year 2019, became famous for the pairing of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna. The film was a story of anger and emotional struggle along with a love story, which was liked a lot by the audience.
