Arun Khetarpal’s brother became emotional after seeing Ikkis
In a video shared by PVR Cinemas on Instagram, Mukesh can be seen watching the film in a theatre. After the screening, he spoke to Sriram Raghavan and said, “My complaint is that you made me cry. You made me live again… Certain things were on my mind, and momentarily, when I saw it on the screen, I became so emotional that I could not stop crying. Now that I have seen the film, I mean the film is 10 times or maybe 20 times or 100 times more than what we saw in the trailer. Oh, fantastic!”
Mukesh also praised Agastya’s acting in the film and told him, “Whatever else you are, you will remain Arun throughout your life. No one can take that away from you. Well done!”
Filmmaker Anil Sharma, casting director Mukesh Chhabra and Ameesha Patel, among others, also praised the film as well as Dharmendra and Agastya’s acting. Agastya started his acting career with Zoya Akhtar’s film The Archies. The film, released on Netflix, received criticism for the performances of the cast. It also starred Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina and others in lead roles.
