– First of all you do 100 skipping (without rope)
-After this do jumping jacks 100 times.
-After this do 3 sets of pushups.
– Then do 3 sets of squat exercise.
-After this do 2 sets of dead hang.
-Do plank as long as you can hold.
– Then finish the workout with deep breathing for 1 minute.
