Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelanski along with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska criticized US President Donald Trump’s recent summit, saying it assigns the Russian President he wanted. “He can come in the Kiev,” said Zelansky. “I cannot go to Moscow when my country is subject to missiles, under attacks every day. I cannot go to this capital of this terrorist. It makes sense. And he understands it.”
While holding a meeting on Russian earth, Zelansky said that a bilateral or tripartite dialogue is possible.
“I am ready for any kind of meeting – but not in Russia,” he told ABC News.
Safety guarantee and permanent peace
Zelancesi reiterated that the long -term security of Ukraine depends primarily on its military strength.
“Any safety guarantee in Ukraine can only be based on our army,” he said.
He welcomed Trump’s desire to end the struggle, but emphasized the need for “just and permanent peace”.
