Dr. Anulap Prakash shared eight bad habits that we need to break for healthy digestion:

1. Eat very quickly

Running through food means that you do not chew the food properly. This makes your stomach hard to break food, which increases the risk of indigestion, gas and swelling. By eating slowly, the time of your brain also indicates perfection, which prevented the overting.

2. Leave food

Skipping food can interfere with your digestive rhythm and result in extreme hunger, allowing it to be eliminated later. Abnormal eating habits can also spoil the natural mobility of the intestine and make you susceptible to constipation or acidity.

3. More than fatty and processed foods

Foods that are rich in saturated fats, fried foods and ultra-related foods take longer to digest and can put pressure on your stomach. They can also cause acid reflux and delay intestinal movements. 4. Not drinking enough water

Proper hydration softens the stool and facilitates smooth movements. Inadequate fluids slow down digestion, resulting in inflammation and constipation.

5. Caffeine or alcohol

The medium amounts of caffeine can stimulate digestion but excessive consumption disturbs your stomach lining. Similarly, alcohol can provoke the gastrointestinal tract and disturb the balance of good bacteria in the intestine.

6. Late night

Late night supporters, especially heavy, can lead the acid reflux because your body does not have that much time to digest food before bedtime. It is best to stop eating at least 2-3 hours before the bed.

7. Urge

8. High stress level
