Addressing this, online fitness coach Helen Leverric wrote, “Everyone is always asking you to up their protein for fat loss: but what they don’t tell you here. You can kill the gym, additional eggs, protein bars, shakes, and are still not seeing changes. Why not just protein.”

In a post shared on 28 July, Helen shared the mysteries of weight loss, which we should follow to leave the extra kilos fast.

1. Quality more quality:

It is not only about killing a high protein number. If you are very relying too much on processed sources, you can miss nutrient density that provides whole foods such as good energy and help you reduce crawings!

2. Balance nutrition is important:

If you are not getting enough fiber, healthy fats and quality carbs, protein will not keep you alone. This balance is necessary to manage crawings and fuel your workouts!

3. Time cases:
