NEET UG Counseling 2025: Those selected in the merit list will have to verify their documents and report to the colleges assigned for admission by August 18.

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) will release the National Eligibility-cum-Test Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 for the MBBS and BDS admission tomorrow, for the entry of round 1 seat allocation results. Once the merit list is available, applicants can visit the official website of MCC on mcc.nic.in and check the seat allotment.
Those selected in the merit list will have to verify their documents and report to the colleges assigned for admission by 18 August. Subsequently, the institutes can verify the data of the candidates who join between August 19 to 20 and 20 and confirm their seats.

step 2: From the homepage, click on the UG Counseling Tab.
step 3: Click on the link for Round 1 allocation results.
step 4: Log in using your NEET UG roll number and password.

NEET UG Counseling 2025: Documents required during reporting
Candidates are going to take both the original and photocopy of the documents below for the institute’s reporting or document verification round:
– NEET Admit Card 2025
– NEET 2025 scorecard
– Class 10 Mark Sheet and Certificate
– Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
– Photo ID proof
-The six to eight passport-shaped photos
– Caste certificate (if applicable)
– Disability Certificate (If applied)
– provisional allocation letter
The committee will conduct NEET UG counseling for 15 percent of All India Kota seats in four rounds. It should be noted that registration for MBBS and BDS admission began for all eligible candidates who enrolled and approved the NEET UG examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Counseling will be administered in four rounds by MCC, one of which will be a stray vacancy round for vacant seats.
About 1,15,900 MBBS seats are available in government, private and other medical colleges in the country. It consists of 775 medical colleges under 15 percent AIQ. These institutions include more than 400 government colleges, 32 private colleges, 13 government (Society) colleges, 44 society-run colleges and more than 250 trust-run colleges.
