Fitness coach Michael Dean, who shares insight on regular weight loss, covers the practice for gym nutrition hex, addressed the importance of fruit time in the post of July 30 on Instagram. Referring to it as a ‘fruit cheat sheet’, he unpacked some normal fruits that help maximize the benefits already existing.

1. Pineapple
