We talked to psychologist Arauba Kabir, who shared some simple to be more secure, and feel self-oblique to anyone, yet shared powerful behavior. So, here are 7 easy and effective habits that can help you to confident and flourish in everyday life.

1. Take place

From an early age, many of us are asked to adjust, be polite or create a scene. But true confidence comes when you allow yourself to take place – physically, emotional and mentally. Kabir says, “You don’t need to be loud or full.” “You just need to be real.” Taking space is not ego, it is remembering what was always yours. Even if it is just a few people, their support can be powerful.

4. Once you could not do small things you told you

Whether he is dancing, asking questions, or wearing the dress you love – start doing things you once designed to feel “not quite good”. “Every time you show up despite self-doubt, you write your internal story again,” says Kabir. It is not about perfection. It is about showing anyway.

5. Make peace with fear, don’t fight it

7. Stop looking for approval to feel qualified

Many of us believe that love should be earned through achievements or obedience. But that is not true. “You are already enough,” Dr. Kabir says. The confidence begins when you stop tying your value for signs, jobs, or appreciation and only you begin to see the value.
