New Delhi. Imagine that you spent ₹ 2.6 lakh to buy a new Macbook Pro and in return you found the old, used laptop – that too not once, but twice. This is what happened with Devanshu Dhadhal, who is now publicly describing Flipkart as public for this problem.

When he contacted Flipkart’s customer service, he first started the process of returns. But then things became strange. Devanshu says that the support team offered him ₹ 13,000 as compensation, then ₹ 18,000 and finally 10% of the price of the product – which he turned down. Eventually, he completely rejected the returns.

So I ordered ₹ 2.6 lakh MacBook Pro and used an old model inside a sealed apple box. We filmed the entire open box delivery, you can see it in the first attached video.
