1. Detox water every day
Udita swears in a homemade detox mix, boiling cumin (cumin), parsome (carom seed), saunaf (fennel), and fenugreek (fenugreek) in water. She says that this helped prevent inflammation and improved her digestion.
2. A deception does not mean a deception day
Even if she slipped, Udita did not let her derail the whole day. She was committed to her plan and came back on track with her food.
3. Daily weighing yourself but staying mentally strong
He checked his weight every day, and while the number sometimes went up, he did not let it be discouraged. Instead, he trusted the process and remained in line with his routine.
