Not only Chhapra, the people of Siwan also reach to taste the delicious pakoras. Rajesh and his brothers do the work of selling dumplings by putting a handcart from 2:30 am to 8:00 pm at the square. As soon as the cart starts, it becomes so crowded that it becomes difficult for people to handle.
Rajesh Shah told that earlier his father used to work to make and sell dumplings by putting a cart here. Now both of us are feeding delicious dumplings to the people. He told that from the time of father, delicious dumplings are available here. Because of this, the trust of the taste people remains.
He told that it was more than 40 years of selling dumplings by putting a stall here. The taste that was earlier is still getting today. This is the reason that whenever people come here from every corner of the district, they definitely taste the pakoda. He told that the pakoda of four-five flowers is prepared with him. Here pakoras are fried in mustard oil and many types of tasty chutney including tomato ginger garlic are also given.
