Moscow: It seems that America’s attempt to eliminate the war between Russia and Ukraine is starting to bring color. This is being said because Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has proposed bilateral talks with Ukraine for the first time. Along with this, he also said that he is ready for more ceasefire after one day Easter ceasefire. Meanwhile, Ukraine President Volodimir Zelansky confirmed that Kiev was sending a delegation to London on Wednesday, where he would meet the United States and other Western countries. The London talks are the next phase of the meeting held in Paris last week, in which the US and European countries discussed ways to end the war more than three years old.

Putin, while talking to a Russian government TV reporter, said that the fight has resumed after his amazing 30 -hour Easter ceasefire, which he declared unilaterally on Saturday. The two countries accused each other of violating Putin’s ceasefire, which Kiev had dismissed from the beginning as a pretense. Washington said that he would welcome the ceasefire to move forward. Zelancesi, who has demanded to extend it to a 30-day ceasefire on Civilian Targets, said that the Russian attacks released during the Sunday ceasefire shows that Moscow intends to prolong the war.

In his statements, Putin said that Moscow is ready for any peace initiative and he expects the same from Kiev. Kremlin spokesman Dimitri Peskov told reporters according to the Interfax News Agency, “When the President said it is possible to discuss the issue of not attacking the civil bases, including bilateral talks, the President meant conversations and discussions with the Ukrainian side.” On the other hand, Zelansky did not mention the comment on Putin’s bilateral talks while announcing the Ukrainian delegation for London talks.

Stating that he had a good conversation with the British Prime Minister Kir Starmer, Zelanski wrote, “Ukraine, United Kingdom, France and United States – we are ready to move forward creatively as before.” Earlier, on Monday, Zelansky said that his army is fully prepared to respond to the Russian army attack. He said on ‘X’, “Ukraine’s action will depend on the nature of the front: the ceasefire will be answered from the ceasefire, and the Russian attacks will be answered by attacks in our defense. Action always speaks more than words.”
