The ability to adapt is an important factor for organizations today. Work involves developing the parameters measuring productivity, quality and distribution; The workforce emphasizes adding diversity; Methods of working centers working on developing flexible working methods with welfare as the main principle; And the workplace covers future offices, digital processes and IT experiences.

Each of the above dimensions is continuously developing due to new forces of change-as new employee experience, digital change (including the latest development in artificial intelligence), and a stability-centered agenda. But to get value from these changes, a broad tight perspective is required.

Physical and digital convergence meets the needs of the new workforce. Different types of factors – increase in ecommerce, large -scale privatization of products, and customer preferences – are running organizations to accelerate their digital changes.

The age of smart products and smart industry is on us. Technology is entering a world where machines can not only communicate, but can also understand and learn from their surroundings, offer potential new experiences to develop companies, as well as intelligent value chains with new ecosystems.

In the era of data-operated decision-making era, organization management is taking advantage of analytics to inform strategies and run organizational performance. While there is no size-fit-all workforce plan program, it is only about creating correct management to explain data.

Business is running enterprises to focus on cost optimization to gain efficiency on the stability scale. Businesses will rethink their business, finance and talent aspirations, continuing to invest in their people to make effective strategy in cost management, enabling a strong employee engagement process.

This is the time to identify workplaces as an ecosystem rather than disconnected physical places, where organizational can provide the ability to scale and enable employers to exploit the price in new ways.

Where our new general of the future can be a borderless and digitally capable model, the organization will see to focus more focusing on providing autonomy to our employees by providing a dynamic and collaborative environment at the workplace.

Organizations should enable a workplace that is inclusive, innovative and open for change. In addition, leaders should run social busyness that enable meaningful human connections, focus on both psychological and physical needs of employees and convert learned lessons into a permanent model of work.
