Dr. Adrian, an functional medical physician who specializes in thyroid, PCOS, intestine and hormones, took them on Instagram for 2 weeks to share the benefits of chia seeds. In detail on the frequency, he recommended to have 1 tbsp every day.

Dr. Adrian shared these benefits of Chia seed in her video:

  • Stable energy and low crawings: Chia seeds slow down carb absorption and prevent blood sugar spikes.
  • Low swelling: When the seeds of chia are soaked, they form a gel that hydrates and calms the lining of the intestine.
  • Better digestion: They contain both soluble and insoluble fiber.
  • Strong intestine microbiom: There are probiotic that feed good bacteria in the intestine.

He explained, “Soak chia seeds for about 10 to 15 minutes before eating.
