Officials said on Saturday that the CBI has filed a closed report in the alleged suicide of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Officials said that the CBI has presented its findings before a special court in Mumbai, which will now decide whether the agency has to accept the report or to further investigate the order. What did the officials say
Rajput was found hanging from the roof of his apartment in suburban Bandra in Mumbai on 14 June 2020. He was (34).
The central agency investigated the Bihar Police, which abolished the suicide case on a complaint filed by his father KK Singh in Patna.
In his decisive Medico-Kaniyas opinion for the CBI, AIIMS forensic experts rejected the claims of “poisoning and strangulation” in the case. The CBI had recorded statements of Riya Chakraborty, Rajput rumors girlfriend and others, and others collected medical records of the actor in the circle close to him.
In his complaint with the Bihar Police, Rajput’s father alleged that Chakraborty, along with his family members, misunderstood his son’s money, he was denied an allegation in television interview.
Sushant was found dead on 14 June 2020 in his Mumbai house. His father lodged a complaint against actor Riya Chakraborty, alleging suicide. Rhea and her brother, Showik Chakraborty, both were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the case of a drug related to Sushant. He was granted bail after a few months. The case was later transferred to the CBI, which has been investigating the actor’s death since then.
After his death, Sushant’s Patna Niwas was converted into his memorial, including the telescope, books, guitars and other personal items of the late actor.
Sushant made his bollywood debut with kai po che. He starred in many films such as ms dhoni – the untold story, kedarnath, shuddh desi romance, pk, rabta, sonchiriya and chhichhore, among other. His final, film dil bechara, was released posthumously.
