Air India Flight Experience: This was not a simple journey. It was a fight for honor and dignity, an old father and helpless mother’s pain, for whom every flight of the journey had now become like a war. The name of Business Class Travel from Delhi to London seems to be full of comforts, but reality was different. My 83 -year -old father, who was fighting his memory after stroke, and my 77 -year -old mother, whose spine was now unable to handle his body’s burden, was traveling with wheelchair aid.

I had already booked this assistance, like I do every time. But this time, this flight was not only a means of reaching the destination, but an inhuman examination. When the aircraft reached London… Cabin crew behavior was no less than a harsh jailer. There was no sign of assistance. My sick parents were forced to get up from their seats. No option was given, no sympathy was shown.

‘You have to walk out yourself!’ These words were not, it was the order. It was a cruelty, which filled pain in every joint of my mother’s body, in my father’s blurred eyes, he carved a helpless fear. I opposed. I begged. I tried to convince the crew that it is impossible for the mother to walk, that the father cannot be kept standing for a long time. But there was not even a single strand of the soft on his faces.

“Not a wheelchair!” Saying this, they turned, as it was not a big deal for him. What was I going to do? Do I see my mother falling falling? Do I bear my father trembling in the cold? I had no choice, except looking at this painful scene.

And then… the scene that ripped my heart. At the door of the cabin, my father was standing in the cold, his trembling hands were rising in the air to catch something, but there was nothing there. On the other hand, my mother – for whom walking without support is no less than a torture – was being forced to force with pain. It was not a passenger experience, it was the culmination of insult.

I protested more, so somehow my mother was allowed to sit back on the seat, but assistance? He was not given even then. This was also not done for the father. He was forcefully landed by the aircraft. And when I looked at the crew, there was only rude – some hostess was laughing at this painful scene too! It was not laughter, it was a attack on my soul.

This insult did not stop only here. In 8 hours of flight, only one -side toilets were on, all the rest closed. Long queues, smell -filled dirty toilets, which seemed to see that they were probably not cleaned for weeks. The stool was smeared, urine was spread around. Was it a business class? Or a closet to pay punishment in a ship? Was it the same Air India, which was ever proudly named? Was it the same service that should have been made the identity of our country?

I have complained. But this time it is not just a forgiveness. Now it is not just a misunderstanding. This is a gross injustice, and needs an answer. Nobody gave our parents the right to humiliate. Now this fight is not only mine, but of every elderly parents, whose honor was handed over to an airline. Here, let us tell you that this tale has shared a son with an e -handle named Elon Must (@bearjokesfam).
