Should you eat before, later or even while exercising? What should you know here

If you hear some self-declared exercise experts on social media, they swear that working on an empty stomach burns more fat. But it is a common misconception that exercise in a fasting state improves performance or burns more calories, said AB Langer, a dietist in Toronto. “Research suggests that in terms of profit, it does not really distinguish,” he said.

What is the matter of food before exercising?
