He claimed that Ukraine is making biological weapons from mosquitoes. There is a plan to target Russian soldiers with malaria-infected mosquitoes.

Kirillov had claimed that malaria-infected mosquitoes would be given dangerous medicines, which would make a person sick as soon as they stick to his body and would gradually lead to his death. Russian spy Sergei Skripal was also targeted in a similar manner. He was poisoned through this. According to experts, if Ukraine had got hold of this weapon, it would have caused great harm to Russia. Would have caused a lot of destruction.
