In the last trading session i.e. on Friday, the share of Jindal Stainless closed at Rs 730.05 on NSE, up 1.45 percent.
In a notice to the stock exchange, Jindal Stainless has said that Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw recently unveiled the prototype of the train coach, for which the company supplied high-strength tempered 301LN grade austenitic stainless steel. Tempered 301LN austenitic stainless steel is corrosion resistant and also enhances passenger safety due to crash and fire resistance.

Features of Vande Bharat Sleeper
The Vande Bharat Sleeper train will run at a speed of 160 kmph. The train will have a total of 16 coaches, including 11 AC three-tier coaches, four AC two-tier coaches and one AC first class coach. The train will accommodate a total of 823 passengers. This new train will be fast, comfortable and equipped with modern facilities. The first set of coaches is scheduled to be dispatched later this month and is expected to be officially launched by the end of 2024. These coaches are being manufactured by Integral Coach Factory (ICF) and Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML).
