The Central Bureau of Secondary Education or CBSE shared Radhika’s success story on August 19, 2024. In the 51-second video, Radhika talks about her learning disorders and the steps she took to overcome her fears.
According to information provided by CBSE, the student suffers from dyscalculia, dysgraphia and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
Radhika said, “Preparing for exams is not easy for anyone, but it is even more difficult for someone with learning disabilities.”
“Dyscalculia made it almost impossible for me to do maths. But thanks to CBSE, I was able to take an optional subject where I could actually concentrate and learn,” she said.

Radhika said she was provided with a writer during her exams, which she described as “amazing” as it helped her focus on answering questions rather than stressing about writing.
“I also cannot forget the support I received from my school, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, and the extremely helpful teachers who helped me and other students with learning disabilities to reach our full potential,” she added.
Having achieved a milestone, young Radhika also shared some words of encouragement for students who are battling similar disabilities, saying, “You can do anything you set your mind to.”
