District Magistrate Naval Chaudhary said that as soon as the air service was approved, bidding for airports from Bhagalpur to Patna, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Motihari, Raxaul has started. Airports will be built and developed at all places so that the route of transportation is smooth. The Bihar state government will be requested to develop the airport for the operation of small aircraft and to provide land for the expansion of category 3C in future.
Initiatives for essential services
The government has been requested to make arrangements for security, fire services, weather related services, operation and management of airports at these airports. Letters have been written to all the concerned parties. These people will soon submit the report of their respective departments and all the things will be made available at the airport so that planes can fly from here as soon as possible.

Businessmen and medical professionals of Bhagalpur will benefit from small planes. Their movement will become easier and time will be saved. Currently, it takes 6 hours to travel from Bhagalpur to Patna. But with the start of air service, the journey will be completed in less time. Also, there will be convenience in transporting goods. Currently, due to lack of transport and connectivity, the manufactured goods are often stuck for several days. This problem is going to end soon. At present, this air service will first be for various cities of Bihar. After that it will be expanded. Everyone will benefit from it.
